What if it works out BEST case scenario? ☁️✨💕

Our brains are wired for survival, so it’s common for the default mode to be FEAR, which can show up as being focused on the worst case scenario.

But it’s a protection mechanism, and can be a major block for manifesting your dream life!

In order to live your best life, you gotta do more than just survive… you gotta be available to THRIVE!

What it takes:

➡️ Becoming conscious of the fear voice, understanding the root of it, processing that energy through your body, bringing safety into your nervous system, and opening your heart to the possibilities of miracles working in your favor, in ways you could never plan for.

This is the beautiful magic of life- it gets to be SO good. Let it 💫

We’ve been conditioned to believe we’re not enough. Not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, fit enough, etc.

We’re told to workout because we’re too fat, or because we’re too skinny.

But what if we believed this instead…

✨The ABILITY to MOVE my body is a GIFT.

✨I workout because it feels good, MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY.

✨Movement helps me process ENERGY & EMOTIONS.

✨I feel more ALIGNED & CLEAR when I breathe deeply, sweat, stretch & move.

✨I feel more CONFIDENT & CAPABLE when I challenge myself.

✨I workout because I LOVE MY BODY, not because I hate it.

✨I AM enough.

Staying consistent with my healthy habits- from a place of LOVE (not discipline, which feels to harsh & forced for me) because intention is everything.

Recently I was catching myself mindlessly scrolling 📱 a little too often and it was correlating with feeling shitty! I noticed less confidence, motivation, energy. It’s sad how common & “normal” this is.

Setting boundaries with screentime has made a noticeable difference, almost instantly. I always sleep with my phone on airplane mode, and the other day, it was 3:00pm when I realized that it was still on airplane mode- big win!

When I’m not wasting precious time & energy on my phone, I have more time & energy to pour into my ✨wellbeing✨

Some self-care & wellness practices I’ve been loving lately: morning sun, intuitive yoga, meditation, pilates, dry brushing, gua sha, ACV shots, 9 hours of sleep

An added beneficial side-effect I notice is that my skin looks healthier, and I love this. I LOVE feeling confident in my own, natural skin. A glow from the inside-out, which is 💯 the result of taking care of my health & loving myself.

This wasn’t always the case. I used to feel the need to wear makeup everyday (& I used to have a bf who told me I needed it 🙄) and I used to struggle with deep feelings of unworthiness & not enoughness.

Scorpio season can be intense 🦂✨♏️

The water sign that’s like fire 🔥

With 5 placements in Scorpio, I feel this.

My soul came for big transformation, so I’m used to constant cycles of death & rebirth. Leaning into discomfort. Sitting with painful emotions. Shadow work. Questioning who I am- my identities. Questioning my beliefs. Questioning everything. Choosing alignment.

There’s that in between phase that’s hard to navigate when you let go of and old version of yourself and don’t yet know who you’re becoming. It can feel dark, empty, scary, unfamiliar. It can be tempting to turn back to old familiar ways. But when you are committed to your highest evolution, you keep going. Trusting and surrendering into the unknown. Feeling all the emotions that come with change, transformation & letting go. No one said it was easy. It’s definitely not.

But what’s also not easy if living a life of misalignment. Going through the motions, on autopilot. Waiting for “someday”. Avoiding the discomfort with distractions.

This is a beautiful time for emotional alchemy, when we feel it to heal it. The only way out is through 🐦‍🔥✨
